The body is composed entirely of minerals and water. Industrial farming practices, mono crops, as well as alterations and destruction to our soil, food, and water sources only continue to rise each year. It is no wonder the United States is one of the top rated countries for failing health. While nature once provided everything we needed, we no longer have that luxury when it comes to our health and wellness. Thankfully, we can make up for these deficiencies by supplementing.

Below are some of the top minerals to take into consideration when analyzing your health and a brief description on the ways they are known to support the body. Please be advised that the information below is NOT based off of over the counter minerals that you will find at your local health store. These are specifically referring to ionic, water soluble, bio-available, angstrom sized particle minerals. MAGNESIUM - One of the most important minerals of them all that effects a multitude of systems within the body. A deficiency in magnesium can be linked to a number of acute & chronic conditions, including but not limited to weight gain, PMS symptoms, headaches/migraines, low libido, premature aging, restless leg syndrome, muscle weakness & aches, bone health, neurological issues, vertigo, depression, asthma, growth failure, soft tissue conditions, convulsions, and a wide variety of diseases. *Pair magnesium with calcium for optimal bone health.

POTASSIUM - A critical electrolyte, and without it and it’s elemental partner, sodium, brain fog can become normal. Potassium (when paired with elemental sodium) becomes essential for cellular energy metabolism. It is critical for cardiovascular health, nerve impulse function, getting nutrients into the cells, removal of waste, relieving muscle stiffness, pain, spasms, and arthritis. It promotes quicker healing of wounds & bruises, as well as creating a general feeling of well-being. If cells become critically deficient in potassium, potential lethal crisis may result such as “hypokalemia” & heart attack. Other results may lead to pressure/ pain in lungs & chest, fainting, dizziness, extreme sweating and dizziness.

IODINE - This mineral has the highest frequency of all of nature’s essential minerals. It can help form certain thyroid hormones, regulate cellular metabolic rates, energy production at a cellular level, increase overall energy, weight loss, promote mental & physical development in children, and may even help the body fight breast cancer. *Always take Iodine with Selenium

SELENIUM - Selenium is one of the most effective anti-oxidants available to mankind. It works by binding with unstable molecules in your cells protecting them from further damage which could result in cancer. It is known to promote overall improved immunity, assists the body in getting rid of accumulated toxins, and overall energy increase. Deficiencies in this mineral can cause/contribute to the following conditions: anemia, age spots, liver spots, fatigue, muscular weakness, muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, irregular heartbeat, cirrhosis of the liver, Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS), Parkinson’s Disease, infertility, low birth weight, high infant mortality, SID’s, and fetus / embryo development. Links have also been shown to cancer, AIDS, HIV, and sickle cell anemia. Virtually no soluble selenium in the soils of North America and people are starving for it.

IRON - Soluble, ionic iron promotes general wellbeing, enhances resistance to infections, stimulates energy & stamina, ignites mental abilities and cognitive function. Angstrom sized iron is vital to help the blood eliminate potentially toxic micron or larger sized iron particles in the blood and tissues.

BORON - Boron works much like estrogen in that it helps to prevent a loss of minerals from the bones. Without Boron in the cells, the cells cannot utilize the various forms of vitamin D. Boron is a powerhouse in the fight against osteoporosis; it enhances the body’s immune system and acts as an anti-inflammatory (in partner with various forms of D vitamins).

COBALT - Cobalt’s primary function is to work in tandem with Sulfur in helping the body repair the myelin sheath. Cobalt helps to synthesize and produce glucose in the blood. It also assists iron in building healthy red blood cells and a vital part of the body’s production and assimilation of Vitamin B-12. Cobalt also helps to relieve anemia and improve blood circulation.

GERANIUM - Geranium is primarily nature’s electrical “semi-conductor”, as it has been found to help correct cellular distortions the nucleus and the cell walls. In new studies, it is proving valuable in relieving neurosis and cardiac arrhythmias. It is found to raise the level of activity of the body’s organs because it helps specific organ cells to more efficiently utilize oxygen and hydrogen molecules. Geranium continues to be researched in nutritional labs for all of its possible health benefits.

MANGANESE - This mineral is a vital catalyst of several key enzyme processes and is essential in order for the body to utilize protein and carbohydrate molecules. Manganese works with selenium to help the body dissolve and eliminate potentially harmful fatty acids and cholesterol while it helps the synthesis of red blood cells and urea in the kidney. It is also proven to reduce and ease the pain of an enlarged prostate, battles atherosclerosis, heart disorders, lowers cholesterol, and promote a healthy pancreas and improve vision.

MOLYBDENUM - A very potent and critical mineral that works as an enzymatic agent and plays a critical role in iron and nitrogen metabolism. It promotes overall healthy cellular functions, helps relieve erectile dysfunction in men (may take a few months+ of consistent use for results). New studies show that all cancer patients exhibit a marked deficiency in this mineral.

GOLD - Soluble, ionic gold has been reported to be extremely useful in relieving glandular and emotional problems. It was used prior to 1930 as an effective cancer remedy. It helps brain function, depression, fear, frustration, drug & alcohol addictions, melancholy, sorrow, seasonal attitude disorders, burns, circulatory problems, hot flashes, night sweats, obesity, and puncture wounds. Gold is also helpful at promoting deep REM sleep (which allows the body’s stem cells to work hardest, promoting the fastest healing).Elemental angstrom sized Gold can be used to repair DNA damage and slow down the aging process. Gold is also extremely helpful in calming children who are on drugs for hyperactive conditions. Children given ionic gold supplements have a much higher I.Q. and much broader learning curve.

PLATINUM - Platinum, like gold, has a history of being used for “incurable” cancers. It is also helpful in relieving headaches, PMS, cold feet, circulatory problems, and conditions of over-sensitivity, generates a general feeling of well being and longevity. Like gold, platinum also helps to produce deep sleep; but unlike gold, platinum greatly increases energy levels, so one can alternate the two to fulfill your needs. Example: If you are lacking energy take platinum. If you have insomnia take gold. CAUTION: As good as gold and platinum are for the body, the can be an ABSOLUTE POISON if the particle sizes are above an angstrom!!!

CHROMIUM - Chromium (pair with Vanadium) are very special mineral elements the activate enzymes that are associated with body’s glucose-tolerance factor. Chromium deficiencies result in low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), pre-diabetes, and of course diabetes itself. It takes pure chrome molecules to create pure lean muscle mass. Giving your body elemental chrome molecules when you lift weights is an effective way to boost lean muscle mass.

VANADIUM - Vanadium (pair with Chromium). It helps to regulate blood vessels in the body by eliminating harmful cholesterol. It regulates blood sugar and studies have shown people with high Vanadium levels have a much lower risk of heart attacks.

SULFUR - Sulfur in the correct form of ionic & water soluble has virtually no side effects, is non-toxic, and has no taste (Note: AVOID ALL manmade, inorganic sulfur compounds.) It has been reported that it can help control cancers and treat arthritis with great results. Helps to prevent conditions such as multiple sclerosis , palsy, and Parkinson’s disease. Ionic Sulfur is said to soften tissues, relieve stress, asthma, arthritis, inflammation, constipation, detoxify the body, increase blood circulation, reduce muscle cramps & back pain, permits muscle healing, helps mental calmness, and increased concentration, scavenges free radicals, relieves allergies to food & pollens, energizes the liver, controls acidity in the stomach and with ulcers, helps with hypersensitivity to drugs, increases the body’s ability to produce insulin, and it vital to carbohydrate metabolism.

COPPER - Ionic, water soluble , angstrom sized copper is best known for killing both large and microscopic parasites. Parasites (can) be related to multiple conditions such as organ stress, arthritis (by eating away at the calcium lining in your bones), nerve stress, neurological disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, hearing loss, nutrient deficiencies, weight gain/loss, genetic diseases and disorders, birth defects & developments, and MUCH more! There is a warning to be given here. The use of ionic soluble copper minerals can come with “detox” like side effects depending on the amount of parasites the human host has. The dead parasites themselves can give off ammonia, flu like symptoms, headaches, body aches, stomach cramps, diarrhea, etc. Since the soluble copper itself is negatively charged, angstrom sized particles are not toxic, and since it is virtually impossible to be “allergic” to trace minerals themselves - if consuming copper tends to make you “ill” - rest assured you have an infestation of parasites that the copper is taking care of. Don’t panic, as these negative symptoms will be short lived, rarely lasting more than 7-10 days at most. If the die-off symptoms are too uncomfortable, simply lower the amount of copper consumed and spread out the parasite purge over 30 days. Doing this “purge” is recommendation at least 2 times per year. Note: This is NOT to be compared to drinking from a copper vessel or taking over the counter copper. *Always take Copper away from Zinc. Take one in the AM and the other in the PM.

ZINC - A vital element to human wellness. Zinc is perhaps the most potent antioxidant known to man and is a tremendous line of defense against any and all infections trying to enter the body. Zinc deficiency can be attributed to fungal infections, bacteria infections, cavities, numerous birth defects such as Down’s Syndrome, Cleft Lip, Spina Bifida, Club Limbs, Hiatal hernias, Alzheimer’s, paranoia, diabetes, PMS, depression, infertility, herpes, acne, remove body odor, obesity, anemia, alcoholism, hypertension, thyroid disorders, urinary tract infections, low libido, hair loss, Chron’s Disease, prostate cancer, various eye diseases and cataracts. Zinc has been shown to increase mental capacity, help to maintain the male reproductive system, and promote proper brain function and hormone production. *Always take zinc away from breads/pastas as it will neutralize the benefits.

SILVER - Silver has been proven to kill viruses and bacteria on contact. After using elemental Zinc to put a viral or bacterial infection on hold, you can use elemental Silver to help finish off your flu. In clinical studies, silver has been shown to kill EVERY virus known to man (over 650 to date). Silver is natures broad spectrum antibiotic / antiviral element. Silver has a specific frequency charge that simply shatters anaerobic (or nitrogen breathing) microbes. The body’s “good bacteria” in the digestive tract are aerobic (oxygen breathing) microbes and are NOT harmed by silver in the least for they have a different electrical charge. Silver is also known for treating severe burn patients in hospitals, speeds up the process of healing fractured bones. Water soluble, ionic, angstrom sized particle silver (M.E.M.) does not build up in the tissues, can be absorbed in the cells, and can reach the lymph system and other organs that crosses the blood brain barrier on its way to being naturally discharged if the body desires. *Note ionic, angstrom silver is different than colloidal silver.

SODIUM - Salt, in it’s pure, organic sodium chloride form is critical to health and wellness and is possibly the MOST important mineral out of them all (NOT to be confused with white table salt - Avoid this at all cost). By adding pure, organic, mineral rich sodium (salt) you will GREATLY enhance your cellular level nutrition, remove excess toxic waste buildup from your body, and hydrate your body at it’s deepest cellular level. The value & benefits of pure, organic mineral rich salt has been lost in translation over the years. In ancient Rome citizens received their pay in allotments of salt, which is where the term “salary” (salt pay) came from. Salt was extremely valuable and could be used to purchase other goods such as gold, silver, and even precious jewels. Also keep in mind when we are admitted to the hospital and given a hydration drip / IV solution for $350 a bag, we are being given a bag of distilled water mixed with sodium chloride (salt). Eye drops & contact lens care require “saline” solution. When we cry our tears taste salty. If you have a wound they say it will heal faster if you soak it in the ocean. It’s because we REQUIRE sodium chloride.
